I have been using the "light" organic soy milk in cereal. Any one use in omelet or scrambled egg?

yes, i use my silk soy milks to blend in egg omelet. also use it in pancake mix... very good. i'm recently switched to almond milk.nice.

I've been using this brand from Trader Joe's. It's vacuum sealed and doesn't have to be refrigerated until you open it. I never thought I'd go for a product like that, but it's very tasty and not sweet. It's too hard to find the silk here that isn't flavored.
Yes, I have used it in making scrambled eggs or omelets and it worked out fine. Heating it does not seem to cause any problems, but I have not used it in anything like macaroni and cheese.
I'm interested in trying rice milk. I get the impression it is going to be sweet though.

what was the cow fed? how was the cow treated and how was the milk treated? Also the high rate of lactose intolerance is why people do not care for cows milk
Personally I am not a fan of soy milk. Prefer almond milk.If you don't fight for what you deserve, you deserve what you get.
