Jerk chicken (yes the grill going mek good use of this year)
yellow rice
rice and peas
rosemary sweet potatoes
spinach strawberry salad
cucumber slices (for mr Adale)
steamed zucchini (for mr Aden)
coconut water
ice cream

That sounds so good Twiney. How do you make your roast snapper and okra?

I'm not cooking today but going out to dinner. The plan is Pappadeaux, a creole/cajun restaurant, but that depends on how long the wait is going to be. It can be a pain on a regular weekday, and we didn't make a reservation.

I am planning to try spinach and strawberry salad some time this morning though.

i am cooking today...only cuz i dont wanna cook tomorrow..lol

for breakfast i had a wonderful tomato/cheese/maple bacon omelette with a pancake

for dinner:

bbq chicken wings
rice and peas
curried shrimp
steamed broccoli and carrots
fruit punch

for dessert:

white chocolate dipped strawberries
vanilla icecream

wat name calories?

i'm already in a bad mood because my sister trying to force me to go somewhere i tell her from before seh i not going.

so i expect the rest of the day to go downhill from here

mi lass child is gonna be 12 this month
I had a sleepless night not because of her
but because I have my little nephew for the weekend
he slept in my bed and he slept through the night but im sleep so bad and mi was scrared
that he would fall off the bed so I was up most of the night

tomato and cukes
