What are you cooking today
I am not cooking due to the fact that I have not been feeling well.
I have to go to the hospital to have an ultrasound done
Thats gonna be a whole day thing
But one of my friends invited me over for dinner

yessideh for the kids i made two types of lasagna. veggie for my daughter - baked chicken - meat lasagna for the males.

today i just now put in boneless chicken thighs with cho cho---> i explained to a certain smaddy that cho cho was a euphemism for a certain euphemism

then a certain smaddy is going to make steaks caz i don't know how to make them.

at about 10:30 ish i'll take woody for a long walk caz he's my dog now. we'll hit queen lansdown parkdale area and i'll scout out rooming homes i'll be forced to retire in-- because after paying into the system since 16 (part time high school jobs and such) i won't receive a penny,. more to come. i think i'll wash all this down with some brights sherry from the liquor store that opens at 11:00 at brock avenue.

Going to a wedding reception at 2pm....
not in the mood to eat crap imperial or shrimp anything...

i've cooked/prepared (so far)....

1 pot of quinoa
1 pot of kale
chic pea salad (with onions, carrots, feta, celery, grape tomatoes)
mi have 3 pieces of cod to bake
chicken season, but mi not sure what mi gwine do wid it....

seasoned baked potatoes
lettuce, cucumber, tomato, red/green/yellow/orange/peppers
toto
banana bread with walnuts and raisins

this will all be possible with help from my sis that's why I dont know how the chicken or fish will be done since I am one handed .

very boring today.
rice and peas ...who was it on here dat loved to say peas and rice?
stew chicken
broccoli, cauliflower and carrots medley
fruit salad...likely water melon strawberries and i may add some frozen mixed berries
water or some sort of juice.

as a kid the granperes and Mom would usually just put some butter....salt and pepper. Jamaican style....I see they put onions, green onions, fresh thyme, allspice, hot pepper...that's is what I mean
