Peps we were both in the mood for brown stew today but my menu was not as extensive as yours...

Brown Stew Chicken
Beef Pot Roast with baby carrots
Rice and Peas
Corn on the cob

Banana Bread
Grapenut Ice Cream

If I wanted to stuff it, I would not leave it to soak overnight. It sucks it up which is why I punch the holes.

Now if we're talking about a roast, that's different story. </div></div>

I realized I sounded a little snippy in this post.

If I am going to stuff, I make slits in the meat instead of poking holes and chop the seasonings. When I blend, it's basically liquified and not suitable for stuffing.

I thought it was asparagus but somehow thought you said string beans. Maybe that was somebody else.
