ok I will report - just finishing a late day from being out & about

We had a real Garden State Dinner

Jersey corn
Cucumbers from our garden
Beans from girlKia's plants


Soft shell tacos made with
Whey curds made in cooperation with the cows that graze on the lush pastures of a Garden State Farm
Quorn meatless and soy free grounds
Whole wheat tortilla
Swiss chard from our garden

Homemade iced tea

Dessert - the kids will have dairy queen

working hard today so no cooking...go ova di outlaws fi dinner an get two likkle piece a oxtail swimming in gravy and rice and peas...mi tek it to go an add mi sweet n sour leftovers to di mix an enjoying it right now...I earned glass of moscato so mi will enjoy dat lata

i just had
rice & peas
brown stew chicken
cheesy garlic & herb mashed potatoes
steamed broccoli & carrots

but I also have a salad in the fridge and I cooked stew peas for dinner one day in the week.

I will have another litre of water and 2 mini carrot cup cakes to finish off my evening.
