1 envelope (from a 2.4-ounce package) dry onion soup mix
1/2 cup water
2 heads broccoli, cut into florets (about 6 cups)
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
In a large bowl, combine the soup mix and the water; toss with the broccoli. Wrap the broccoli in heavy-duty aluminum foil and seal tightly.
Grill the broccoli for 10 minutes or until desired tenderness. Open the foil carefully to allow the steam to escape before serving.
Note: Other vegetables can be done this way too (zucchini, yellow squash, and carrots), so feel free to mix and match.
