Frozen Grapes ??

I just had some frozen seedless grapes brought over by a friend.
I had never heard of them before but they were sensational especially given the hot weather we've been having lately.

If you haven't had them, when they freeze, the grapes aren't like an ice cube but sort of frozen and grainy and sweet as they thaw while you chew them.

Sweet, cold, fruity, refreshing .

Where have they been all my life.

Friend says that when she's running around doing stuff in the house and she goes by the freezer, reaches in, grabs a frozen grape and goes on her way slightly more refreshed and without the calories of other stuff she might otherwise have eaten.

I'm definitely getting grapes tomorrow.

I froze a couple of small chunks of watermelon but they don't work because there is too much water in them and they come out like an ice cube; too hard to crunch like you can with the grapes.

Anyone else tried other fruit?

Yum, i used to feast on that back when I was preggers...

Try frozen pineapple...cut 'em up in squares/chunks, don't let them stay too long though, just needs a tinge of icyness

and yes, chitown u can do blueberry, blackberry , raspberry but I wouldn't recommend strawberry...dem get too tuff..

frozen banana I hear is good but I'm not a banana lover so mi wouldn't know from experience
