I am up early from watching the world games. It's 9:40 and dinner is well under way.

Northeastern USA peeps, anybody a cook a big pot of soup to ride out the storm?

My menu:

Oxtail and broad bean
Jerk Chicken
Rice and Peas
Calalloo
Garden Salad

Sorrell
Carrot Juice
Wine

Potato Pudding

i think i need to start cooking different things...so with the usual.

but i hate cooking so i doan know how that gwine work out

maybe just some recipes that doan require a whole lotta exotic stuff I'll never use again and with short prep times

Beef soup (made with beef tenderloins caws thats the only cut of bandoolu beef they had)

Jerk chicken
BBQ Chicken
Fried red snapper

Rice and peas

LOL - mi nuh ready yet man cho! - plus every body was just craving a home cooked Jamaica meal

Last night I had a mutton dish called Rogan Josh though and it was deelish - I took pics - i will try upload them tomorrow.
