Mommy will just boil the plantain, mash , add food colouring, a little nutmeg and vanilla if any at all, sugar and a little lime juice

and then of course u mek u flaky pastry and put in the plantain filling and bake. Sprinkle some granulated sugar on top when dem done bake. </div></div>

ILP, the potatoes thing is starting to catch me. It's rather recent and started with some aloo pie, but it seems whenever potatoes and oil meet now, I am interested.

haven't had it in years for the same reason I stay away from creme brûlée.

Publix's Carrot Cake with extra icing (have not had any since the year started)

Oreo Cookies, goodness just tried the choclate creme one this weekend and finish the whole pack in one sitting.

The only thing saving me from carrot cake is that I am not a sweets fan. I strongly see the potential since I had miniature carrot cake cupcakes for my bday last year. They were off the chain!

Chinese Pork Fried Rice w/Boneless Spareribs...especially @my monthly...always have a craving for it!

Do not really have a sweet tooth like I used to (which is a good thing)....but I have to have one chocolate chip cookie or one of something sweet when I have my one cup of tea for the day...

Sweets..........Jesus I dont know how I am not in a diabetic coma........applepie, donut especially the coconut sprinkles, plantain tart, chocolate cake.......as matter of fact any flipping cake......warm applepie with vanilla ice cream............hot brownie with ice cream..........you get the picture
