Ackee seasoned rice, with tilapia cooked down in a coconut sauce with peppers (scotch bonnet of course), tomatoes, onion, thyme and pumpkin....it's delish!! I'm eating it now....lawx mi nose a run wata...I buss open one of the scotch bonnet peppers I cooked the fish with....it hat yuh si....but has a holeep a flava...woiiieeee.....mi belly soon stawt hat mi! LOLComment

Tuna on wheat
with some (8
) terra chips 
I had to doctor the tuna, cause the way that max like it just wasn't cutting it.
so add lite mayo, onion powder, pepper, onion, celery, apple and put spinach and cucumber on the sandwich and it was quite tasty.
ok not as tasty as a hamburger but not as bad as plain tuna w mayoComment

i had shredded cabbage, green peppers and carrots with chicken in it. ate that this morning.
then i had a glass or soy milk and some hummus on corn crisps. corn crisps are like rice cakes, only they actually tastes like something.Comment

I'm hungry no lie today and am ready to eat lunch right now! I brought in a <span style="font-weight: bold">turkey pastrami sandwich, yogurt, and grapes</span>, but I don't see how that's going to fill me up. I guess I better chew slow or go buy something hot.
