grounding your coffee

I bought an Hamilton Beach coffee grinder and love it! From now on it'll be coffee beans. The product is really worth the $15 I paid for it at Walmart.

I use my grinder to grind flax seeds. I need another one to start grinding my coffee again. I love the smell of freshly ground java.

I have a burr grinder for a few years now.. We love it. We went through the fresh ground french press phase now we just ground and use the coffee maker. French press is used when we travel

I use my coffee grinder (black&amp;decker) to grind grains for Aden's cereal. Didnt buy it at Walmart

I have a burr grinder now, and I really like it.

I got it when I broke the carafe on my coffee maker and finding a replacement was becoming a pain in the behind. That coffee maker had a blade grinder on top, but I did get it on sale. All of the comparable replacements were well over $100 so I said forget that and decided to buy a separate coffee maker and grinder.

I miss the convenience of the all-in-one unit, but this grinder does work much better.

our burr grinder broke

It slipped from my hands when i was cleaning it and broke..

the thought of us being coffee free for the next few days is so it is off to find another one we go

we will probably get another burr grinder

kia, how you control the mess that the grinder makes i love the taste of coffee that is ground in a burr....but mi juss nu like the mess it makes.

There, there Kia. I know your feelings were hurt when you broke it. At least, you dropped it during a good shopping season lol.

ILP, mine does not make a mess either. I have the TRU burr grinder. I got it from Ginny's (a catalog I receive), but I don't see anywhere else that they sell it online.

see how mi write when mi tyad...aye sah...

mi neva mean to imply that the burr made a mess when it ground the coffee. mi meant to say how you deal with the mess it makes when it time to clean your burr?

cleaning it was why when ours finally broke...mi neva replace it with another burr.

It was pretty easy to clean and it was done over the sink- the part comes off in a straighforward manner
