Black cake emergency! Please help!

I"m making my black cakes this weekend. It's the time I can use my friend's commercial cupcakery kitchen.
The exchange agreement is that I teach her how to make black cake and she lets me use her shop's commercial kitchen - including all of it's equipment.

Now I can't find my old black cake recipe.
It's the recipe from Grandma2 and JamaicaDon. It's not the one in the website's recipes section; this one used rose water and some kind of fruit not in the usual black cake recipes... was it dried pawpaw, maybe?

And here is Grandma2's black cake recipe; I finally found it. It's different than JamaicaDon's.

Donnika posted a recipe that I know as JamaicaDon's, with papaya. Grandma2 uses blueberry jam. I knew I remembered that both of them used some sort of fruit one doesn't normally associate with Jamaican black cake! dwl
