There was a post on how to make rum cream, like Sangsters I guess, a while back.
I got some in St. Kitts over Thanksgiving and remembered how much I liked it. (1 ltr. $12 usd)
Please repost recipe.
Is it possible to make the cream part and store in the fridge and add rum when reddi to jrink?

jajewel Rum cream
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 well beaten egg
1 cup overproof rum
1 cup strong coffee
2 Tblsp. Hershey's choc. syrup
1 tsp. vanilla OR almond extract

Shake well in a container with lid....voila!....rum cream!!

If you want banana rum cream, just pour out 4oz. or more of the rum cream into the blender , add a handfull of frozen banana slices and blend! enjoy!!

That rum cream sounds good. Do you use white rum or does it not matter?
