For me it's paella out of the freezer for dinner.....
Frees up time for other stuff, de-cluttering, mending clothes, washing machine on, finish book reading, etc.
With Christmas coming up it's nice to have a day of rest!
...Which reminds me, my son took the dining room table to uni, so got to hot-foot down to Ikea for one, or we'll be picknicking on the sofa come Christmas day LOL
