Been longing for a change in my palette fi di longest. Mi luv yard food but it get oh so boring
Caan tell di last Sunday mi cook di traditional cuisine...rice n peas an 10 different meat and side followed by dessert and some over sweet drink. 
Mi looking fi tings dat easy to prepare, <span style="font-weight: bold">relatively</span> healthy, and from all over the world. My aim is to do one country/region per month. I especially love Asian food (Chinese, India, Thai, Japanese).
Beginning next month mi beginning with Thai food.
So far mi have chicken satay wid peanut sauce pan di list.
Anything else unoo suggest? 
It would be nice if some of unoo can tag along an explore wid me

I forgot to mention that where it says curry powder, I used the red chilli paste as that was all I could find. Was great either way. I so did not want to waste the marinade..tasted like it cudda eat by itself
