Me a try fi bake a black cake. Me find one recipe me saved from Donnika. it come out good.

fi di first time in years i have all my shopping done weeks before Xmas. Passed by di mall yesterday on my lunch break an dere were cops at every entrance...di parking lot full..no doubt bere mayhem was inside.

Anyway fi dinner mi doing a simple chicken breast stir fry. Not really having a sweet tooth but if compelled I will bake a pineapple upside down cake..

Looks like lots of people eating in the food court today.

I made my first black cake. It wasn't bad at all, need to work on the texture, but at least it was moist.

piece a meat in the crockpot..i made a sangwich and had some vegetables with it.
