cinnamon pregnancy tea

hi all,

my girlfriend's daughter is due to give birth January 23, 2010. the last time she was pregnant, her jamaican neighbour gave her some cinnamon tea when her contraction started. my friend is asking what else is in it. does anyone know.

i'd just like to print the recipe and give it to her.

1 teaspoon per cup of water, infused 25 minutes; or 1:4 dry liquid extract: 10-60 drops; or essential oil: 1-5 drops. The larger doses are used for hemostatic effects and are not to be used repetitively.
