Ok. Just got back from Caribbean market in Langley Park
<--- that's for Hiellppee 
So I have:
frozen cocktail patties
callaloo
ackee
saltfish
Found some cassava bread
from Guyana. It look like bammy biscuit
Then I went to get:
phyllo pastry cups
chicken
Den mi find dis wine and tasted it and it will go well wid di jerk chicken
About $13. According to the sign in di shop, this wine has overtones of mango and guava. Is how dem can tell dem tings 
Anyway, it taste very nice.

black bean and corn salad....
green salad
spinach
strawberry
red onion
raspberry salad dressing
optional ... sunflower seeds and granny smith apple extremely thin slices
When I had my dinner thing last month I made fruit kabobs ... adults and children inhaled them.Comment

I like the green salad idea (minus the spinach and strawberry). I think I'll use some citrus like blood orange or grapefruit

The fireplace is going
The wine is chilling
The fruit kebabs are made (pineapple, strawberry, blueberries)
The jerk chicken is done
Stew peas ready
Rice is ready
cocktail patties to go in oven in about an hour from now
callaloo season up an ready to put in phyllo cups
going to make some shrimp with Old Bay to go on top of callaloo cups
Salad to make
Will try to post pics tomorrow.
