What are you making or having?

I'm making:
baked flounder
sauteed mustard greens
garlicky red-skinned potatoes

I'm thinking of firing up the range tonight! Nothing special, just my belly bawling for some good cooked meal and I have to fend for myself... Planning to do...

Herb crusted chicken, fried in Canola oil. Going to add spinach leaves to the pot and add 1/4 cup of Chianti to the pot and let it simmer for added flavour.

Steamed Basmati rice

Steamed vegetable (Broccoli, red & green beans, carrots)

Toss it down with two glass of Chianti. I've gotten a taste for Tuscany red wine.

Sweet potato salad
consists of baked sweet potato, spinach, orange , onion, pine nuts and a drizzle of olive oil

mix up mix up leftovers-mi not cooking during the week-tomorrow nite will probably be omelette night

brocoli
mixed vegetable

heavy on the dinner time vegetables cause this pikney dont eat vegetables at lunch time

MG, Wednesday is my work from home day. So if alla what me cook on Sunday is done, den me wi cook up sumting nice on Wednesday.
