I'm HUNGRY and trying to think what to cook tonight... and for some reason liver comes to mind.
I have a bottle of Taylor's Vintage Port wine which always put a little kicker to chopped liver cooked in onion, with a light sprinkling of various herbs and a dash of garlic salt.
...also thinking of pork chops but not sure what to have on the side...
Oh lordy my belly is growling for some good food.
