Leg of jerk pork (making this in the outdoor oven) start already as it take long
(made my own ginger sauce to go with the poak and did the brine myself
Baked Cod
roasted ripe plaintain in the skin
roasted sweet potato (jamaican type)
red bean peas and rice
Arroz branco (brazilian style rice for mrstormmey)
farofa stuffing
white bean salad
seafood tata salad
pickled beets
carrot cake
alcohol mrstormmer
juice for me

For some reason I was NOT in the mood today... Had to really push myself to cook and didn't start until after 4

I really dont feel like cooking ... have too much paper work to catch up on ...so we will eat

fried roast breadfruit with cookup saltfish for breakfast
