How does one decide how much to charge to cook dinner for smaddy? And I am floored that smaddy asking me fi cook fi them much less willing to pay.

charge based on the time it takes to prepare.
are u in charge of clean up after? will u be using ur own gas/currant/water ...charge fi dat to. of course it sound like is a friend so no kill dem

lets see the cheapest u could eat out for is around $15 a plate so u can charge $10 - $12 per plate

twiney just call up a catering company and ask them how much they charge, based on this run with this price.

call up the catering place (similar to the food dem want yuh cook) in your area and find out how much it cost and then charge the smaddy less than that

I wasn't planning on buying the food but on little guide mi preps pon say food should be 20-30% of the total cost so I may in fact just buy the food and done... Vegas it is a friend so charging what I really think my time is worth wouldnt be good but she needs to finalize her numbers and get back to me.
