I eat food. Ok, actually a few jelly beans or oranges. when mi need salt because of hot weather, i simply use plain old salt, which i put on the back of my hand and lick as I am running. in recent years, i've begun to shun these "energy" things that are touted to athletes. most of them are full of sugar and calories and most time you better eating a chocolate bar instead of these things. the less ingredients and crap the better i am finding...at least for me.
when mi see the price fi one...let alone a case.
