I mentioned this in General Discussion but thought I better share here. My good friend Angela recently launched a website that features in video, pictures and written posts time honoured Jamaican recipes.
Angela started the website because she wanted to record her mother on film in order to save some of the Jamaican cooking traditions she grew up with in a format that could be shard with generations to come.
By the way Angela is a former magazine editor so the site is well produced (even though it's a home project).
