thank you for sharing your recipe. it sounds like a ceasar type dressing.

do you have any sweet-type tasting dressings that's see through, i.e. vinegrette based? I have an idea of an idea with one and will share it in this thread if i get around to making it tonight.

Hi Sue,

My wife uses a raspberry vinaigrette dressing sometimes when making a lettuce salad with mango and Mandarin orange sections or once in a while a blue (bleu?) cheese bottled dressing but otherwise we have never found another dressing that is as much to our liking as the Creme et Ail (garlic cream ) dressing .

There are precious few food items that remain as constantly in favor as that dressing.

It's good in potato salad.
It's good as a dressing on roll-up sandwiches with smoked turkey, cheese and lettuce .

We never tire of it.
