I know you experienced cooks already know this - fresh chicken tastes soo much better! I even tasted unseasoned chicken and it was so delicious, better than frozen..I suppose thats why we have to really season up that frozen stuff

fish is an easy matter-here they dont really like processed fish (exception is imported canned tuna, salmon etc) they will buy imported frozen tilapia - cheap
but the local fish must be fresh off the dock, or fish store...

All meat taste better fresh ... you shouldnt go back to frozen unless you are freezing it for a short time.

I have developed a love for tilapia...now my #1 fish choice

yes, its versatile, just be careful when cooking, it can fall apart (oh, but is wifey cooking - so you straight!)

no man yuh can season it up and grill it very nice.

although fry is my fav.

i have some for lunch today...just dust it wid cornmeal and fry it.

talapia is the tofu of the fish world. it taste like whatever you HAVE to season it with in order to taste like something. And all the talapia these days is farm raised

a friend of mine has one.. Love the eggs.. girlkia was too fraid to eat the chicken when she knew it was one of their birds

I have not had fresh chicken in so long that I can't even recall what it tastes like. Last time I remember was when I bawled down the place after my grandmother snatched one up and whipped that neck around.

It took me years to develop a taste for frozen fish. I had to adapt or &quot;give it up&quot; which will never be an option. I'm on a trout kick lately.
