Memories of my grandmere at the stove with a wooden spoon stirring this to pour into a bowl for me to drink. I am scarred for life
no little spice or anything just bland so as her idea of spice was likkle white peppa

@ Stormy Weather! I feel you 1000% and then some. Not so much as a sprinkle of pepper nor salt did I get - just some saltine crackers on the side.
I did not know it could good until an ex made me some when I was sick with a grilled cheese sandwich on the side.
I always did like the chicken and rice one though.
Gen, it looks like the only thing that has changed over the years about the can is the colors. Didn't the can have a chubby cheeked boy on it once or am I just making that up?

Tulip -I am not sure what the previous design was. I am not really a fan of tomato soup either.
A friend of mine made it and poured it over elbow macaroni, that wasn't too bad (with lots of spices of course)
These new colours are for a limited time (until they are sold out I guess)Comment

I don't mind Campbell's tomato soup.
It was my kids' fave with grilled cheese sandwich
when they came home from school.
When they're home now as grown-a$$ men they never turn down that as a snack
I like those cans and will look for them at Target today.Comment
