Bring on the recipes 
Here is a recipe for lemon bars that my son just loves
Recipe is from my cousin.
<span style="font-weight: bold">JayBee's Lemon Bars</span>
2 + ¼ cups flour
1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
1 cup sweet butter, softened
1 tsp. baking powder
4 large eggs
1 ½ cups sugar
1 Tbs. grated lemon peel
7 Tbs. lemon juice (just over 1/3 cup)
1. Preheat oven to 350&#730;F.
2. In a large bowl, combine 2 cups flour and the confectioners’ sugar.
3. Add the butter and cut into flour mixture until resembling coarse meal.
4. Using your hands, knead the mixture gently into a smooth dough.
5. Press the dough into the bottom and up the sides of a lightly greased 13x9x2 inch baking pan.
6. Bake for 15 mins., or until dough is firm to the touch.
While the base is baking…..
1. Combine the remaining ¼ cup flour and the baking powder. Set aside.
2. In a medium sized bowl, beat the eggs until foamy. Add the sugar and stir.
3. Add the peel, lemon juice and flour mixture, stir just until blended.
Remove pan from oven…..
1. Pour mixture over hot base and return to oven for 25 mins., or until filling is set and top is golden.
2. Remove from oven.
3. Cool in pan on wire rack.
4. Sprinkle top with confectioners’ sugar.
5. Cut in squares.
