cornmeal porridge mix

I made some on wednesday night, fine cornmeal.

Is there any other kind worth using?

couldn't bother with the cinnamon or allspice ting

You can also use dried orange peel.

OMG it was silky smooth. used whole milk, brown sugar and a little evap at the end.

Ah, the evap is the secret. No cornmeal porridge without it! I use condensed milk instead of whole milk and sugar, but its all good
