I going make jerk chicken for this man
mac and cheese for the children
vegetable soup for me
they can fill up on pudding and other Jamaican goodies

however, all kinna tings ah gwan in di kitchen...
mi see: pork butt and bacon in crockpot
mi see: cauliflower and olive oil and baby carrots
mi see: string beans and mustard greens
mi see: sherry vinegar and beets and a cucumber (at least mi think is a cucumber...it VERY skinny)
mi see: cod...at least that's what di sticker says on whatever wrap in di butcher paper
mi see sinting that look like sweet potato, but it's really red...mi nu know what it is...

my already complete my contribution to di bikkle when it finish...mi put bottle of Shiraz in di fridge
o, and dont judge me ...i happen to like cold shiraz

Today's dinner:

Shrimp with coconut milk, lime juice, cilantro, and Thai paste
"Noodles" made from grey squash (thanks to ILP mi fine dis in di mawkit)
Finish bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon

Tomorrow's NYE dinner:

Iceberg wedge salad with very chunky blue cheese
Baked whole red snapper stuffed with calalloo, onion, scotch bonnet, etc.
"Rice" made from grated cauliflower
Champagne
