Anyone ever had BOMBAY DUCK?
A friend is taking us to have Bombay Duck tomorrow and do some bar hopping Mumbai style...
Bombay Duck is a renowned delicacy here enjoyed by all and unlike the suggestion in the name it is enjoyed up and down the coast not just in Mumbai (Bombay)
Another surprise is that it is no Duck at all but a fish...
I will be doing a full report of the day, the food, the experience etc. in my blog and I will post the link here...
Here's a pic of the Bombay Duck - cute little bugger isn't it? But I understand that it looks quite different when prepared and is quite tasty as they dry it first then deep fried...
