Tuesday Tummy Full

So is what unno eat today arredi? What's for dinner?

I had one slice toast, 2 boiled eggs, 2 clementines, and coffee for breakfast. Lunch was cup of canelini bean kale kielbasa soup and 2 clementines. Not sure what's for dinner but it will include salad and rotisserie chicken which I'll pick up on the way home. My fridge is empty!

been slowly introducing milk into my diet. so over the course of the day i've consumed about a litre of milk. it's really good for staving off hunger pangs.

1 banana & couple multi crackers

you should put your chow mien in the fridge and mark on it with a sharpie "medicinal".

if there's anything more soul destroying than these office functions is the dratted pizzas they bring in. why is it never fresh? why can't they have one with nothing but anchovies, olives and double cheeze and tomatoes?

and this was once a week ting during busy times

those pizzas, thin crust or thick crust are never hot enough.

o i have a hint for you guys if you're going to heat up frozen pizza use a trivet under the pizza the crust will be delightful. just like pizzeria.

Breakfast was hot cereal, banana, coffee

Lunch... munched on an orange, some grapes

Dinner.. rice pilaf and garlic buttered shrimp, glass of merlot

I'm a bit peckish right now
