actually Ms Exced, in my days there was Cheerios, Frosted flakes <---sometimes my aunt broke down and bought it but it still had to be in [b]hot milk[/].
in my early days on my own just about the only thing i existed on was cereal and cold milk. my favourite being cheerios with lots of sugar.
