Recipe:

open and drain can

crush sardines with enuff ketchup, pikcakpeppa and hot peppa sauce to hide the taste

eat on hard dough bread or crackers

Really? Does it remove the bones as well? I usually buy Brunswick (in oil), and have to slice open each fish and remove the insides and the bones prior to eating.

BTW sardine bones are good for you. High in calcium
