A true baker loves a good stand mixer, but it’s a cumbersome appliance to drag out for each use. A base cabinet devoted specifically to mixer storage is a smart solution, especially as hefty hardware does the heavy lifting for you. All you need to worry about is adding the right ingredients!
Mr. PZ had one. He loved to bake and took classes at CakeLove. After he died, I gave it to a friend who enjoys making cakes. She was so grateful for the KitchenAid and appreciated this gift from Mr. PZ's life. This friend and her teenage son are quite good bakers. So if you have a commercial-quality KitchenAid, it will live on forever
so stupid question....this is only a shelf right. and each time u need to use mixer or blender etc. u still have to take it out of storage and place it on shelf. wen u r finish u take it off put it back in storage then fold away the shelf?
if that is correct i dont see the point of said shelf unless the appliance is affix on it somehow and folds away with the shelf u still have to put pulling it out of storage etc same as how u do now. no?
