Hard bun vs soft bun

I am going to bake bun this weekend, just cuz I feel like it. And it will be a HARD bun. I've decided I can't tek no more of the soft buns them sell commercially. Always sticking to my gums

Plus I remember from childhood days that buns were harder (and bullas crispier). So that's it.

Who else like hard bun?

that was always the case, Rich? i kind of feel i coerced into "liking" soft bun cause that was all that was available at the shop.

amazing combo - hard bun and cheese. it's like the cheese have to "step up" with its flavour because the texture of the bun is so bodacious.

you'd probably be more of a bun person if you were offered more hard bun.
