The yellow portions is a fondant and gum paste mix so it dries quite hard. The blue is fondant only so it dries but not as fast as the yellow will so by time it get hard and brittle the cake will likley have been eaten. Underneath all that is a layer of buttercream icing.(mi put nuff rum in it) that is what most ppl will eat and will leave the blue and yellow stuff behind. the colourful stuff doesnt have much flavor really.

OMG yes i totally remember that kraft dinner fiasco. LOL Now I make my own mac and chese from scratch
