What is your favorite potato salad recipe? Here's mine:
- Red skinned potatoes peeled and cubed. Boil in salted water until just cooked. Drain.
- Drain cooked potatoes in colander. Let it drain for at least two hours until it cools to room temperature and is dry. The longer, the tastier.
- Hellman's real mayonnaise
- 1 medium shallot chopped very finely
- fresh celery chopped very finely
- white pepper to taste
- salt to taste
- dash of
- 2 tsp. red wine vinegar
- No boil egg

that put me off it. So I would be more likely to make this than the other type my mother normally make, if somebody forced me to make it
