Just got back from Costco and stocked up fridge and freezer as Peas2 and LaPeasie coming to visit for a few days.
Lunch today:cup of warm up gungo peas soup
cilantro lime shrimp from Costco
Dinner later:grilled italian sausage
lettuce, tomato, cuke salad

Today is cooking day since it's back to school and high pressure time at work so for breakfast they had banana bread (from the freezer)
Dinner is curry chicken and white basmati rice with coleslaw and some sorrel. I will post different thread with my cooking day thing when mi done.Comment
