What is happening in the kitchen???

I went to Vietnam recently and can I say that I did not have ONE bad meal - love love love the food there - love the people too would definitely go back.

We went on a dinner cruise and they steamed this fish right at the table - it was so cool!

They also made this stew right there and it was delicious! all the veggies and prawns you see around the edge they eventually push into the pot in the middle and they all just swirled and made this outstanding soup / stew - ***licking lips***
