prepared my first TURDUCKEN for my first Canadian Thanksgiving

I have stopped doing TG since mi son died on the US date...anyhoo, this year I decided to do the Canadian and got a TURDUCKEN...

ooohhhh...wat joy, wat pleasure for the palate....baking it was simple, really n the result was fabulous......makes dry turkey a thing of the past....

gosh it looks better than the description. my sons would love it. personally mi dis like di turkey neck, wings and the bony parts, not really big on flesh most of the time.

i love duck, but my kids don't seem to. gonna buy one today just for spite.

I got a fairly small one...the turkey was certainly not massive...I have half left over ....I made sure to tell them I wanted a small one...
