Contractors

I need work done at one of my offices and can't get any good help. The last 2 contractors were not only unreliable, they drunk dialed me at 4 am. I don't want that kind of "work" from them

Now I'm "little miss fix it", but I'm getting plaster dust all over my nice dress

When you need something done do you take your chances and hire someone, or just try and do it yourself?

Just wanted some plaster fixed and a door after we were broken into. The last guy was about 60, and I know his daughter so I thought I was safe. He was the worst.
