She did have feelings fi him....although he was no good. She made the right decision, it hurts. Plus she bex wid harself fi not kicking him to the curb sooner.

apparently she find out seh de guy have a next ooman besides ar and she find out.. dis is after she & he did bruk up round december cause of odda issues wid de guy.
mi haffi seh dem was not quite a match at all.
she college educated, ambitious want to do well, single no kids
he went to school up to grade 4 and yes have baby madda & pickney to boot
we tell ar lang time she is not a match but she seh wi stoosh and noh understand
we say.. ok honey you will learn
so now she learning the lesson but still if she run de man no badda waste tears ova him cause im neva treat ar right in the end

so what are some tips that I may share with her to get ova de guy?

Sometimes love goes deeper than that anyhow. She probably misses him for WHO he was and not WHAT he was. Sometimes women (I see it in my daughters) will be attracted to the most peculiar things in men.
She probably cries because she feels alone without him...even though, she dumped him.Comment

Kia, all you can do is be there for her. She is going to have to go through this alone, and learn the hard way
No matter how much you tell her he ain't good for her, until she knows in her own heart, no words will changer her mind.
It sounds like she is on the road to getting over him, but don't be surprised if she has a re-lapse and brings him back in
The cowbawling is a sign that her heart not ready to follow her head
