Try not to be too shocked. One never knows and too many people live a BIG FAT LIE, when it come to their relation-SHIP...sinking.
I often laugh at people who act like they've never had problems in their relationships, because I KNOW there is no truth there.
All relationships have an EXPIRATION DATE. Some people just live in denial.

On the other hand usually women don't just buck up and cheat, the signs had to have been there. He just didn't pay attention.

I know someone who's common-law wife ran off with an internet lover... a woman she met on AOL. Left the man and their 2 young children. This happened about 8 yrs ago and she has not been back to even check on her children. The children are now well-spoken teenagers and doing very well in school. Their dad extremely paranoid over them and raise them in a vegan lifestyle. Good kids though.Comment

Cause plenty of them are in the real world, where you can observe them. You see how many people get shocked because they've sent somebody else's pic? I had a friend who was chatting and romancing this woman on the net. She sent him some pic of this skinny real pretty woman, they were suppose to meet somewhere. She told him what she would be wearing, he didn"t tell her what he was actually going to wear to be on the safe side.
He got there early, sat down and waited for her to show up. When she showed up she didn't look anything like the pic. He said he watched her looking around for the longest time, he left she didn't know it was him. Serves him right.

i have a friend who was supposed to meet slim nice looking girl too they took the same bus heading for hope gardens and he came off in Liguanea because she looked nothing like the person she said she was .Comment

I know a perfectly normal sane headed well educated guy who left all the way from here in the Uk and is now shacking up with some ten ton tessy he met on the internet,..her and her kids a couple of whom are almost the same age as him,..it`s been a few years now since he left,and as far as I know the happy family is still living in their trailer somewhere in nebraska or similar backwater outpost.Comment

My nieghbours have a daughter who is probably in her early twenties and out living on her own. I waved to him on the weekend while he was out cutting his grass. He was in a world all his own with an angry scowl on his face. She took the one car they shared as well.
I really wonder what he would do if/when she comes crawling back.
Then I wonder if she is perhaps escaping an abusive relationship?
