k. What's the purpose of gay pride parades? I'm sure this question's been asked before, but damn if I can recall the 'answers'...

A gay co-worker attended the parade last weekend I think and came back happy, tired and a little disgusted, he said.

During our conversation, I asked him 'What's the point of the parade?' and he said it's just their thing, like Caribana is mine

Other people joined the conversation and said that Caribana could be called the GPP's little brother Apparently, Caribana facilitates nuff butt-poking...

I ain't never heard that one before You guys?

Yes sue, they were saying that maybe it was a mix of the music, the heat, the alcohol, the lack of clothing whatever it is, many many seemingly straight men, will shag or get shagged during Caribana.

i'll go and look. i've been trying to catch it live on the OLNetwork, but to no avail. i love that bull riding stuff. there's the black cowboy who was severely injured years back. but i love to see a black face in there every now and then. i'll go look at your pics. thanks for the headz up.
