I think she probably felt disrespected in a way. She is obviously thinking that their relationship is closer and tighter than he thinks.

In a marriage, it is nice to share changes such as a job change, even if there is no impact on salary etc. She feels slighted and I would as well, if my husband chose not to discuss something as important as that with me.

i think that i would be and a bit if him didnt even mention it to me seh him a change jobs before him tell them yes. (same pay, same hours and ting)

I don't think she is over-reacting unless that is how he's been since she know him. Some women want to change their man, but if when she marry him he was the same selfish, inconsiderate and domineering man, then she has no leg to stand on. She should be worrying about what else he is doing and not telling her, because if he can't seek her opinion on something as simple as that (not to say he still couldn't go with his decison), then what the heck is going on in that relationship?
