How do you forgive someone who happened to be your best friend for many years and just a year ago tried to steal your boyfriend?

Her method? While I was away, she invited him to a party, got him drunk, flirted with him, tried all things possible to get super close to him. The details just make me sick!

Of course I found out about all this.

I confronted both the boyfriend and the friend about this situation to get the story straight. She admitted it, but she wasn't even sorry about it. Aaaaaaaaarrrrrgggghhhhh!!!!!

It's been about 4 months since I confronted her. As much as I want to scratch her eyes out until now, I just want to forgive and forget, but I'm having such a tough time forgetting what she did. I cut all communication with her already. I can't even stand her voice!

I guess I'm just venting.

so we need to get you from a place of pain to a place free of such people having control over your emotions.

i would say to myself, I forgive you <insert her & his names here > over and over until the anger dissipates and you are no long in that place of pain

She got him DRUNK.....how did she do this? substitute his coke for rum an coke? force feed him tequila shots? tie him up an pour likka dung him choat?
