I broke up with you because...

so I reconnected with my college sweetheart I found on Facebook the other day.. I shouldn't even call him college sweetheart because we weren't really an item...I liked him for the entire time I was in college but we didn't actually start going out til the end of the Spring semester we graduated and then we went our separate ways into the world. Now he is somewhere in upstate NY with a graduate degree and doing well.

We chatted for almost an hour mostly on worldly affairs...not so much personal stuff. Then he started going off about the elections and Obama then it hit me like a ton of bricks...

the reason I did not pursue a relationship with him was because he was/is an angry black man. Not only that... he was bitter and did not believe in God.

Reflecting on it now, those were some unusual reasons to break up with someone....

What are some out there reasons you have broken up with an ex aside from cheating...

actually he is Jamaican but came here when he was very young...he identifies with the AA culture and its plights more so than the average Jamaican immigrant...he is an active member of the NAACP

true. some men can be happy with doing whatever he wants and not care whether he communicates with his woman or not. Or they can be fine with minimal communication/interaction with their woman. and some woman can deal with that type of relationship/situation.
on the other hand there are women who like men that share things with them on a daily basis and love to communicate/interact with their woman and just sit back and talk up a storm and have a good time on a daily basis. once u have a relationship like that its hard to deal with someone that has communication issues.

one guy was scared to walk the street by himself - big old 6'2 man

ex-3 said it was boring - he was half jamaican and had never been before going with me

one guy liked it - he liked it so much he turned gigilo on our holiday

now i just drag my son down - he likes it
