when i was younger i'd get annoyed depending on the crudeness of course. now i just smile and acknowledge their existence. if they follow it up with some foolishness, i just roll my eyes and keep walking.

<span style="font-style: italic">i'm just glad i still get noticed, it validates my existence as a woman, even if it's by the toothless guy with the urine stains down the front of his pants and one shoe with the can of crest resting on his forehead</span>

Sometimes you have to ignore them b/c acknowledging them only encourages them and then they turn stalker. Other times I will ask them if they want an autographed head shot

Runnah... trust mi, i lived on the edge of *little jamaica* for three years and that was all i could take. i'm not talking your general <span style="font-style: italic">cultured, know how fi behave jamaican man who can speak english and adapt to the rules of society</span>. i'm talking bout those ones that i don't know where they come from, but if yu have manners they'll say things like: <span style="font-style: italic">&quot;yaw gwan like seh annoh jamaica yu come fram&quot;</span>... that type of mentality.
