Are prenuptials air tight??

what I mean is say he signs a prenuptial can they be broken. He comes into a relationship and you have your house, cars, savings, business a little trust fund and the relationship breaks up what/what not is he entitled to.

Can he make a claim on what he met you with or just what he put in for the time you are together.

Kia, in Canada they recognise commonlaw as equal to married after living together for 6 months so she needs the prenup long before di wedding.

dat is why mi advocating for separate residences where they can visit dem one anodda unless it is too late

Said way it stay a England. Mi cousen have to sell her house and give dis bway half of de money after they lived together as common-law wife and husband for only 1 year. Not my money, not my house. I would suggest that the woman in this case buy a another house with her 'friend' and rent out hers because trouble no set like rain.

Sometimes peeps know what they have to do but just delay the inevitable, you throw things out on the www because people anonymous....also someone may have been in a similar situation, and can offer some advice because they were in the same situation.
